Wanted Volunteers to help support Derbyshire Carers with all the work we do for Carers across the county.

You will be adding a great deal to your life but also to the lives of our carers and families bringing about lasting changes to their everyday lives.

What you can do to help us…..opportunities…..

Even if you can only spare an hour a week, every little will help us. Whether its help with our carers, and their cared for, befriending and chatting to provide much needed social interaction and emotional support, administration, providing practical help like driving, helping our support groups, participating and help organising our events and fundraising activities, young carers activity sessions. Raising awareness of what we do by helping with promotion even if it putting up a few posters locally or leaflets.
Fundraising, we are actively looking for help with community fundraising which would make a huge difference to carers and their families, you can help by attending our fundraising events, individual fundraising if you ideas of an event you could holding in your community, charity box distribution and collection and co-ordination, helping with organising donations from local firms and businesses.
