Congratulations to Mansfield Building Society on achieving Nottinghamshire Carers Association’s Carer Friendly Employer Quality Mark. This significant accomplishment reflects the exceptional work the Society has undertaken, including the development of a comprehensive carer's policy, the introduction of carer’s passports and the completion of specialised training for three carers champions. Additionally, the Society has been instrumental in fostering a supportive environment through peer-to-peer support initiatives.
