C.A.T.C.H. (Carers Advice for Training and Confidence in Health) Event

Derbyshire Carers Association will be providing Training events all over Derbyshire commencing September of this year until April 2015. This training addresses such issues as stress, self management, coping mechanisms, navigation through available services and support, how to identify when to see help or take a break.
