As part of NCC’s Adults TEC (Technology Enabled Care) Strategy 2024-2027, we’re aiming to help people use their own digital devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets, smart speakers/screens) for social care needs, like making voice-activated calls or using mental health apps.
This lets people use familiar devices instead of new systems from the Council. We are looking to understand what devices people have and how they use them through our short survey. We welcome feedback from anyone over 18 with social care needs or caring responsibilities who owns a smart device. Thank you.
