Community Engagement Worker - Nottinghamshire Carers Association

Nottinghamshire Carers Association are looking for an Engagement worker to join our team. This role involves working with a wide range of organisations to raise awareness of Carers, their needs and the support available to them. If you’re a good communicator, passionate about supporting people and able to engage with a range of professionals and community groups, we’d welcome your application.
Nottinghamshire Carers Association (a subsidiary of Derbyshire Carers Association) is commissioned by Nottinghamshire County Council and Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group to deliver Carer Liaison and Engagement services across Nottinghamshire. We promote the needs of carers and train and develop organisations to become Carer Friendly. Our team are passionate about sharing the message that Carers are entitled to help and support in their caring role. We want to enable organisations to empower carers to manage their caring role, look after their own health and well-being and have a high quality of life; feeling well supported.
