Carers required for University Study

Carers wanted to take part in a study looking at the impact of caring.

Researchers from the Psychology Department at the University of Derby are working with Derbyshire Carers Association on several projects to better support carers to effectively manage the multiple demands of caring.
We would like to invite Carers to come and take part in the study looking at the impact of caring and how Carers build resilience.

Researchers from the University of Derby are happy to meet Carers in their own homes, at the University or at a DCA Centre in Derby, Ripley, New Mills or Chesterfield.

This will be a chat about how Carers build resilience and cope with their caring responsibilities.

All research helps DCA as well as other services in planning future support and protecting Carers services.

If you know of any Carers in Derbyshire that you think would like to take part then please pass on this information.

For more information or to volunteer to take part please call Angela Bradley at Derbyshire Carers Association on 01773 833833
