Carer Community Group Chesterfield

The Carer Community Group gives carers the opportunity to meet others with a care role in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Speakers from a range of services also attend throughout the year.

Guest Speaker Rebecca Cowley, Carer Liaison Officer for Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
Rebecca will be coming along for a short talk about her new role and how it benefits carers. This includes:
• Information and advice about their caring worries and concerns
• Support during meetings with hospital staff
• Liaising with hospital staff on their behalf
• Referral on for support within the community
