Why It Matters
Young Carers and Young Adult Carers have a significantly higher prevalence of anxiety and self-harm, and are more likely to feel stressed, worried and isolated compared to their peers without a caring role. There are currently around 1500 Young Carers registered with our Young Carers Notts Service, but these are only those we know about. Many of our young carers are hidden, and it is vital that we help to identify them and offer support where it is needed.
How We Work with You
- Flexible delivery of our free training: In-person or virtual sessions.
- Ongoing support: We’re here before, during, and after implementation.
