It was a real pleasure to visit the Macmillan Information & Support Service today.
They support so many Carers, who care for their loved one with Cancer. This Carer Friendly Community Service Award is in recognition and acknowledgment of all their hard work and support driven by making the best journey for those living with a cancer diagnosis and the people who care for them.
Well done! ….for all that you do and continue to do for Carers.
