Young Carers Project Launched

The BIG Lottery funded Young Carers Project was launched at our Chesterfield Carers Centre on Friday 6th June. Primarily based on offering Drama Workshops within two Derbyshire Schools to help identify young Carers. See “Our Services” – Young Carers page for more information. Debra Dudley, Project Co-ordinator, Narinder Sharma, Derbyshire Carers Association Chief Executive and Helen Weston, Project Champion for the Teaming up for Transition Project are seen at the launch with Toby Perkins, MP for Chesterfield and Prem Singh, Chairman, Derbyshire Community Health Services.
