Young Carers Awareness Day 2018

National Young Carers day on January 25th is a great opportunity to acknowledge the support Young carers give to family members and the impact this can have on them.

Many young carers remain hidden from view for many reasons, including family loyalty, stigma, bullying, not knowing where to go for support. Some young carers are as young as five years old.
