Vacancy - Carer Connect Worker

Derby – 37 hours per week
Salary: £16,927 – 19,640 pa pro-rata
Based: Derby City Carers Centre

Derbyshire Carers Association is a registered charity offering individual support, signposting and information to unpaid Carers who live and care in Derby and Derbyshire.

The Carer Connect Worker role is an exciting opportunity to provide carers assessments and ongoing support to Carers. You will empower and support Carers at 1-1 visits in their home, carers centre and telephone, support groups and activities helping to reduce the social isolation of carers and encourage carer networks through individual interventions and joint working. You must be an effective communicator and listener.
