Nottinghamshire Youth Service receive Young Carers Friendly Quality Mark
This week Beth Choo from Nottinghamshire Carers Association visited the Valley Young People’s Centre to present the Nottinghamshire Youth Service with their Young Carers Friendly Quality Mark.
Huge congratulations to Nottinghamshire County Council’s Youth Service for this fantastic achievement.
This award is in recognition of their ongoing hard work and commitment to identifying and supporting young carers in all of their youth work across the county, as well as supporting and working with Nottinghamshire Carers Association and the Young Carers Notts Service.
There has been some brilliant partnership work happening amongst these services, with Young Carers at the centre of the collaboration.
We look forward to continuing to work with the County Council and the Youth Service in their efforts to support Young Carers in Nottinghamshire.
