Mansfield Building Society Successfully Renew Carer Friendly Employer Quality Mark

We are delighted to congratulate Mansfield Building Society on successfully renewing their Carer Friendly Employer Quality Mark for 2026/2027.

This renewal demonstrates their continued commitment to supporting employees with caring responsibilities. Mansfield Building Society has introduced a Carers Policy, a Carers Passport and created opportunities for peer-to-peer support through their trained Carers Champions.

They have gone above and beyond by offering enhanced paid Carers leave, ensuring colleagues can manage work and caring roles effectively.

We are also pleased to welcome newly trained Carers Champions Bridie O’Shea and Kieren Mardle-Moss, who join Kelly Weatherer in providing support across branches and head office.

Our employer engagement lead, Jayne Davies, had the pleasure of presenting the award to Mansfield Building Society’s CEO Paul Wheeler in the company of some of their staff.
