Carer Assessment Worker

18 hours per week
Salary: £16927 – 19640 per annum pro-rata
Based: Head Office, Ripley

Derbyshire Carers Association is a registered
charity offering individual support, signposting
and information to unpaid Carers who live and care
in Derbyshire.

To work in partnership with Derbyshire County Council Adult
Social Service in assisting Carers to complete Carers Assessments, Emergency Card and Personal Budget applications. Successful candidate will be organised, an effective communicator/listener and have experience of most IT systems.
