Carer Support – Liaison Worker
(Glossop) – 25 hours per week
Salary: £16927 – 19640 per annum pro-rata
Based: Glossop Volunteer Centre

Derbyshire Carers Association is a registered charity offering individual support, signposting and information to unpaid Carers who live and care in Derbyshire.

A Carer Support/Liaison Worker role is a challenging and fulfilling opportunity to provide support to carers. You will help to develop and support Carers in their own homes, at support groups and activities helping to reduce the social isolation of carers and encourage carer networks through individual interventions and joint working. You must be an effective communicator and listener.
