2 x Carer Support and Liaison Workers(some evening and weekend work may be required)

Derby – 25 hours per week
Salary: £17,096 – 19,836 pa pro-rata
Based: Derby City Carers Centre

Derbyshire Carers Association is a registered charity offering individual support, signposting and information to unpaid Carers who live and care in Derbyshire.

We are looking for two enthusiastic and self motivated individuals to join our dedicated and experienced support and liaison team.

This is a diverse role and requires the applicant(s) to be self organised and flexible. Successful candidates will be required to provide support to carers and work within local communities; raising awareness, promoting carer services, identifying carers, providing information, guidance and supporting carers to complete an assessment and support plan.

Driving is essential for this role.

Full induction and training provided.
