FREE Event for Young Adult Carers!

Saturday 28th to Sunday 29th March 2015

This free residential event will be hosted by Lea Green Learning and Development Centre in Lea, near Matlock, and will combine a mixture of information and advice sessions, (on learning, work options, techniques for relaxation etc.) together with a chance to take part in some physical challenges and activities.

The overall aim of the weekend is to improve confidence, build self esteem and raise awareness of opportunities which are available to young people, despite their caring roles and to facilitate the individual’s ability to make positive life choices.
