Derby City Update
Derby City Council has made changes to how Carers services are delivered in Derby City. We have been asked by them to inform as many Carers as we are able of those. Please see letters from the council to all Carers.
Derbyshire Carers Association has been supporting Carers for 30 years in the City. These changes do not affect us directly. We are continuing to provide needs assessments, information, advice and guidance as well as Wellbeing events.

Friday 30th November – 10am – 3pm Carers Rights Day at Derby City Carers Hub, 66-68 St Peters Street Derby DE1 1SN
Information Stands, Therapies, lunch provided, Raffle Prizes, and the opportunity to chat with DCA staff and other carers.
Monday 10th December – 1pm – 2.30pm Carers Celebration 2018 at Derby Cathedral, 18-19 Iron Gate, Derby, DE1 3GP. To be seated for 11:45am, service to start at 12 noon.
