Do you care for someone?

Meet others like you in our brand new space for Derby carers. The package is free if you’re over 18 and look after someone in Derby City.

You can try out:
• a community café (come for tea, cakes, sandwiches and a chat)
• fun sessions including drama, singing, drumming, clay-making
• ways of relaxing and taking it easy e.g. massage
• social events
