Carers Working Group - Carers feedback survey

DCA Carer Support Worker Rebecca Cowley and Assessment Worker Lyn McNair have been seconded to Chesterfield Royal Hospital as Project Leads who will assist the hospital in establishing a supportive pathway for Carers which will enable them to be part of their loved one’s journey from admission to hospital discharge.

They would greatly appreciate feedback from any Carers that have recently had experience with Chesterfield Royal Hospital whilst the person they care for was admitted to and stayed in the hospital.
