Carers feedback survey

DCA Carer Support Worker Rebecca Cowley has been seconded to Chesterfield Royal Hospital as Project Lead to assist the hospital in establishing a supportive pathway for Carers which will enable them to be part of their loved one’s journey from admission to hospital discharge.
Feedback from any Carers that have recently had experience with Chesterfield Royal Hospital whilst the person they care for was admitted to and stayed in the hospital would be greatly appreciated.
